Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
Ability to multitask while navigating multiple software systems
Emotional resilience and capacity to handle various call types
Availability to work weekends and holidays after training
