Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor.

Key Responsibilities

Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress
Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels and safety issues
Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while using multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
Ability to maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
Availability for weekend and holiday shifts
Completion of a six-week paid virtual training program
