Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Ann Arbor, MI.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals over the phone to provide support for emotional distress or mental health challenges
• Assess and mitigate risk while maintaining accurate documentation and providing resources as needed
• Maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace and stay calm while multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social Services
• Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral healthcare field
• Experience in crisis support or similar roles is highly valued
• Ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality in all interactions
