Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Minneapolis, MN.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress or seeking guidance
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including levels of risk and urgent safety issues
• Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically sound documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systems
• Secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a locking door and stable internet connection
• Availability for regular weekend and holiday shifts after training
