Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Hudson, NH.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk levels
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to multitask while using multiple software systems
• Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts post-training
