Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor to provide support to individuals in emotional distress in a fully remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with individuals over the phone to provide emotional support and crisis intervention
• Assess risk and maintain accurate documentation while fostering client engagement
• Develop safety plans and coping strategies while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in Behavioral Health or Social Services
• Strong background in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral healthcare field
• Ability to maintain a secure, HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including holidays and weekends
