Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Bethlehem, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and effectively multitask using various software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a secure workspace
• Availability to work weekends and holidays post-training
• Completion of a six-week paid virtual training program is required for continued employment
