A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Allentown, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including risk and safety issues
• Maintain accurate documentation while multitasking across multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work a full 40-hour schedule post-training
• Secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a locking door and stable internet connection
• Availability for weekend and holiday shifts after training
