Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Counselor, fully remote in Allentown, PA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals in distress
• Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns and provide resources and safety planning
• Maintain accurate documentation and multitask effectively while using multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services
• Ability to work a full 40-hour schedule and regular availability on weekends and holidays
• Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a wired, stable internet connection
• Completion of a six-week paid virtual training cohort is required for continued employment
