Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis & Referral Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, texts, and chats from individuals in need of support
• Conduct safety screenings and assessments to determine risks and needs
• Collaborate with individuals to create action plans based on their needs

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of behavioral health experience or six months of direct crisis experience
• BS/BA in mental health or a related field preferred
• Two years of experience in behavioral health services preferred
• Strong typing and computer skills required
