Job Summary
A company is looking for a Crisis & Referral Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, texts, and chats from individuals in need of support
- Conduct safety screenings and assessments to determine risks and needs
- Collaborate with individuals to create action plans based on their needs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one year of behavioral health experience or six months of direct crisis experience
- BS/BA in mental health or a related field preferred
- Two years of experience in behavioral health services preferred
- Strong typing and computer skills required
