Seeking a dependable, service-oriented Crisis Liaison for a full-time remote position, responsible for supporting travelers experiencing medical or logistical emergencies by coordinating communication among various stakeholders during time-sensitive situations.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison for travelers requiring medical or logistical assistance worldwide
  • Communicate clearly with travelers, healthcare providers, and assistance partners, ensuring accurate information sharing during high-acuity situations
  • Maintain accurate case documentation and assist with operational support tasks such as reporting and claims coordination
Required qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare support, or assistance operations
  • Ability to work independently during evening and overnight shifts
  • Availability for rotating weekend and night coverage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure situations
