Job Summary

Working remotely in Massachusetts, the part-time hourly Crisis Line Associate - MA Licensed will answer crisis calls, provide empathetic support, and document interactions while fostering a sense of hope during shifts from Thursday to Sunday, 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Answer crisis calls from individuals seeking emotional support, including those at risk of suicide
• Provide empathetic, active, and non-judgmental listening to de-escalate crisis situations
• Accurately document call interactions and meet performance expectations

Required qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Must reside in Massachusetts
• Ability to meet technology requirements for remote work
• Strong judgment and emotional resilience
