Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Line Training Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead volunteer recruitment and onboarding processes, including application reviews and group interviews
• Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and alignment with current practices
• Facilitate training activities and mentor trainees through practice sessions and feedback

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in a mental health or training/educational setting
• Preferred experience working on a crisis line
• Working knowledge of mental health and suicide prevention services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
