Crisis Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Management Lead Consultant responsible for developing and executing the crisis management framework across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish strategic partnerships with various business areas to enhance crisis planning, response, and recovery
• Assist in developing and maintaining the crisis management framework and ensure compliance with the Crisis Management Plan
• Design and facilitate training programs and exercises to test crisis management capabilities and improve organizational resilience

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5 years of professional experience or a Bachelor's degree, or a combination of both
• Project Management and crisis coordination experience preferred
• Industry-recognized certifications such as CBCP, CBCI, or knowledge of ISO 22301, ISO 22361 preferred
• Experience with business continuity, crisis management, or emergency notification systems
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
