Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Crisis Operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage program operations, including coaching and accountability for Operations Managers
  • Oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, and performance management of crisis services programs
  • Evaluate program performance, set improvement goals, and implement quality assurance measures


Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience
  • 6+ years of management experience in a crisis care or contact center setting
  • License in Clinical Social Work (LiCSW) or similar certification preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of LGBTQ+ issues and crisis management protocols
  • Experience with administrative tasks, including case reviews and quality assurance
