Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Crisis Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage program operations, including coaching and accountability for Operations Managers
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing, training, and performance management of crisis services programs
- Evaluate program performance, set improvement goals, and implement quality assurance measures
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience
- 6+ years of management experience in a crisis care or contact center setting
- License in Clinical Social Work (LiCSW) or similar certification preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of LGBTQ+ issues and crisis management protocols
- Experience with administrative tasks, including case reviews and quality assurance
