Crisis Specialist - Colorado Licensed

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Crisis Specialist - Colorado Licensed, the candidate will manage crisis calls for Colorado residents, providing assessment, referral, and coordination of care while embodying the core values of safety, hope, recovery, and service excellence.

Key responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming crisis calls, texts, and chats with compassion and expertise
• Assess and triage crisis situations using a risk assessment tool to ensure safety
• Provide mental health education and community resource information to individuals in crisis

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED plus 4 years of full-time behavioral health work experience, or
• Associate Degree in a behavioral health field plus 2 years of full-time behavioral health work experience, or
• Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health field plus 1 year of full-time behavioral health work experience, or
• Master's Degree in a behavioral health or substance use field with preferred experience
• Experience in behavioral health and contact call center preferred
