Job Summary

A company is looking for a Crisis Shift Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise counselors providing crisis and emotional support via calls, texts, and chats
• Conduct training and coaching for counselors, ensuring compliance with policies and protocols
• Monitor service levels and operational efficiency during shifts, including managing call volume surges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mental health area or a Master's degree with relevant experience
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in a behavioral health setting
• Experience in crisis intervention or mental health information and referral services is preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
• Knowledge of mental health resources in the New York metropolitan area is preferred
