Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staffer/Assistant Shift Manager for the Safe Helpline.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct crisis support through calls, chats, and referrals while utilizing crisis intervention best practices
- Supervise and coach hotline staff, providing feedback and ensuring quality service delivery
- Manage data entry and reporting, including maintaining accurate records and completing session assessments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in crisis hotline/intervention or related fields
- At least 2 years' experience in a supervisory role with responsibilities for feedback and task delegation
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications and basic computer/database skills
- Must be 18 years of age or older and pass background checks
