Job Summary

Managing critical customer situations remotely, the full-time Critical Accounts Program Manager will lead the resolution of high-visibility issues, develop action plans with cross-functional teams, and communicate strategic updates to executive leadership.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive progress and resolution of critical customer issues within assigned regions
  • Develop and execute comprehensive action plans in collaboration with product development and management teams
  • Communicate ongoing status updates to internal and customer audiences, including VP and C-level executives
Required qualifications
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions
  • Experience in program or project management of critical issues in a cross-functional environment
  • Technical background in security and/or networking, with the ability to communicate at both engineering and executive levels
  • Experience in customer-facing sales or services roles focused on resolving complex technical issues
  • BA/BS in computer science, engineering, information systems, or equivalent practical experience
