Job Summary
A company is looking for a Critical Incident Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Consults with customers regarding best practices for critical incident response
- Triages and coordinates time-sensitive requests utilizing network providers
- Maintains documentation for all service requests and their disposition
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work required; MA preferred
- Flexibility to be on-call 24/7 for 1 week at a time, approximately every 5 weeks
- Ability to foster good working relationships with network providers
