Job Summary

A company is looking for a Critical Incident Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consults with customers regarding best practices for critical incident response
  • Triages and coordinates time-sensitive requests utilizing network providers
  • Maintains documentation for all service requests and their disposition
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work required; MA preferred
  • Flexibility to be on-call 24/7 for 1 week at a time, approximately every 5 weeks
  • Ability to foster good working relationships with network providers
  • Commitment to quality
