Job Summary
A company is looking for a Critical Incident Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage response to critical incidents, conducting investigations and incident analysis
- Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders during major incidents, ensuring effective communication and status updates
- Drive evaluations and improvements for incident, problem, and change management strategies
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Incident Manager in an ITIL-based environment
- Experience in ServiceNow, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change management modules
- Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive leadership
- Experience working in a cloud environment, including cloud services (AWS)
- Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies, certifications are an asset
