Job Summary

A company is looking for a Critical Incident Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage response to critical incidents, conducting investigations and incident analysis
  • Communicate and coordinate with stakeholders during major incidents, ensuring effective communication and status updates
  • Drive evaluations and improvements for incident, problem, and change management strategies
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Incident Manager in an ITIL-based environment
  • Experience in ServiceNow, specifically Incident, Problem, and Change management modules
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive leadership
  • Experience working in a cloud environment, including cloud services (AWS)
  • Experience with ITIL and Agile methodologies, certifications are an asset
