Critical Response Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Critical Response Team Specialist - Remote Optional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate member support over the phone
• Advocate for Members involved in lawful self-defense incidents
• Prepare incident reports and refer Members to appropriate services

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior work history in customer service and/or sales
• Experience in managing complex, confidential information
• Strong computer navigation skills
• Demonstrates the Core Values of the organization
