Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Oversee data migration, integration, and cleansing activities to maintain the quality of CRM data
  • Provide training to new users and ongoing support to existing users to maximize utilization of the CRM system

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or accounting
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in a CRM management function
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced experience with management and implementation of Salesforce or other CRM systems required
