Job Summary
Seeking a remote CRM Administrator, the contract position will manage the evolution of SugarCRM, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams while enhancing user experience and functionality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the platform evolution of SugarCRM and drive strategic initiatives
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective CRM ecosystem scaling
- Manage product backlogs, user stories, and coordinate cross-functional teams for agile delivery processes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in CRM Administration or Product Ownership, preferably with SugarCRM
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Application Lead
- Strong technical background in CRM systems, including configuration, integrations, and workflows
- Experience in managing product backlogs and agile delivery processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
