Job Summary

Seeking a skilled CRM Administrator, the full-time remote position will manage the evolution of SugarCRM, bridging business stakeholders and technical teams to enhance functionality and user experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the platform evolution of SugarCRM, ensuring scalability and enhanced user experience
  • Act as a Product Owner, managing product backlogs, user stories, and agile delivery processes
  • Convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions while coordinating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM Administration/Product Ownership, preferably with SugarCRM
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Application Lead
  • Strong technical background in CRM systems, including configuration, integrations, APIs, and workflows
  • Experience managing large-scale CRM transformations or multi-instance environments
  • Ability to effectively communicate in customer-facing scenarios
