CRM Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Analyst to own and scale automated testing for their Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Copado Robotic Testing scripts for Salesforce business workflows
• Provide manual testing support for large initiatives and high-risk changes
• Partner with the CRM team to validate releases through pre- and post-deployment testing

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 4 years of experience in automated testing, preferably with Copado Robotic Testing
• 1 - 2 years of experience with Salesforce and core CRM workflows
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with regression testing, release validation, and UAT cycles in a Salesforce environment
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery teams is a plus
