CRM Analyst Tester

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Business Analyst Tester.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare test scenarios and cases based on user stories and functional designs
• Execute functional test scripts and manage defect logging and resolution
• Maintain test execution status and provide visibility into test progress and quality risks

Qualifications

• Foundational experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (certification preferred)
• Understanding of the QA/testing lifecycle within agile delivery models
• Experience with Azure DevOps for test case management and defect tracking
• Ability to understand business requirements
• Prior experience testing Customer Engagement modules is a plus
