CRM Applications Manager
Job Summary
Leading the CRM team in a remote capacity, the full-time Manager, CRM Applications (Salesforce & HubSpot) will own the CRM strategy, product roadmap, and operational excellence for Salesforce and HubSpot, while fostering collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Global Services, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing CRM team through coaching and mentoring, promoting a culture of accountability and innovation
- Own the CRM application portfolio, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives
- Drive transformation by modernizing CRM capabilities and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance business processes and user adoption
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise CRM platforms, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Deep expertise with Salesforce, including governance and best practices
- Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Proven experience in driving digital transformation and managing cross-functional initiatives
