Job Summary

Detail-oriented and motivated, the remote CRM Assistant will manage customer data integrity, support various teams with CRM-related needs, and enhance CRM processes while working part-time in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Assist with data cleansing and regular updates to eliminate duplicate records and enhance data quality
  • Generate and distribute standard reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer interactions and trends
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn data and performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
