Job Summary

Detail-oriented and motivated, the remote CRM Assistant will manage customer data integrity, support various teams with CRM-related needs, and assist in generating reports and optimizing CRM processes.

Key responsibilities:
  • Enter and maintain accurate customer data within the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Assist with data cleansing and regular updates to eliminate duplicate records and enhance data quality
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to support their CRM-related needs and ensure alignment with overall business goals
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working with a CRM platform (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools
  • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn data and performance metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
