Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute CRM campaigns across Email, Push, and SMS, ensuring accurate and timely communication launches
• Own the maintenance and optimization of existing Lifecycle and Transactional workflows to enhance customer engagement

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce focused programs
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex schedules while maintaining a focus on customer experience
• Curiosity for data and capability to explain campaign performance metrics
• Proactive in taking initiative to solve problems and improve internal processes
• Passionate about personalization and knowledgeable about trends in fashion and marketing technology
