Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Business Analyst to drive transformation through strategic solutions in a remote/hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate workshops to map current and optimized workflows, conducting gap analyses and root cause investigations
- Translate business goals into business requirement documents, functional flows, and data models while ensuring stakeholder consensus
- Act as a subject matter expert for CRM/Salesforce, performing fit-gap analysis and optimizing platform usage across methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Preferred certifications include CBAP and Salesforce Admin/Consultant
- 8+ years of high-impact Business Analysis experience, preferably in a consultative or client-facing role
- Deep experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, including understanding its object model and limitations
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, and Visio
