Job Summary

To support a growing CRM initiative, the full-time remote CRM Business Analyst will translate business needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to enhance CRM processes, and ensure data quality while improving user experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Translate business needs into clear CRM requirements, process flows, and user stories
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to ensure CRM enhancements address validated business problems
  • Document data and reporting needs while supporting the transition from discovery to a delivery-ready backlog
Required qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related role supporting technology-enabled processes
  • Experience with generative AI tools for drafting and validating user stories and requirements
  • Working knowledge of CRM concepts and experience with Agile/Scrum delivery practices
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate ambiguity into clear requirements
  • Experience in supporting change management and user enablement for business applications
