CRM Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting business development and operational decision-making, the full-time remote CRM Business Analyst will lead stakeholder engagement, define business requirements, and improve processes within the Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define business problems and desired outcomes while facilitating stakeholder discussions
- Translate discovery findings into clear business requirements and process definitions, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
- Evaluate requests based on business value and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Required qualifications
- Five or more years of business analysis experience with enterprise business applications or CRM systems
- At least two years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms
- Proven experience leading stakeholder interviews and facilitating cross-functional workshops
- Ability to create current-state and future-state process maps
- Experience using Azure DevOps or a comparable backlog management tool
