Job Summary

Driving data insights and optimizing business systems, the full-time CRM Business Systems Analyst will manage CRM administration, user support, and data integrity while collaborating with sales and marketing teams to enhance workflows, all within a flexible work environment that allows for remote capabilities and occasional onsite collaboration.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM system administration and user support
  • Train users on system functionality and develop documentation and training materials
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and perform audits to enforce data standards
Required qualifications
  • 2-5+ years of experience working with CRM systems and data analysis
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data visualization
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and query development
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and system integrity
