Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Marketing Campaign Strategy Lead who will manage customer journeys and campaigns across various CRM touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and manage complex customer journeys and strategic plans for email, push, SMS, and in-app campaigns
  • Develop campaign briefs and oversee creative and marketing automation processes to ensure timely execution
  • Analyze customer data and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create effective CRM strategies that meet KPIs
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM marketing strategy and campaign planning
  • Expertise in email, SMS, and push-notification best practices and regulations
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and performance measurement
  • Familiarity with tools like Asana, Airtable, and enterprise CRM systems such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and data-driven CRM automation plans
