Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Consultant (Creatio) to implement enterprise-class CRM platforms and enhance client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes and define functional requirements, mapping them to Creatio's capabilities
- Lead project execution, manage scope, plan, and budget effectively to ensure successful implementation
- Configure core system elements and conduct user acceptance testing and training sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience implementing CRM solutions, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role
- Demonstrable experience with enterprise-class CRM solutions, preferably Creatio, Dynamics 365 Sales, or Sage CRM
- Experience in a consulting or professional services organization is required
- Strong understanding of project scope management and requirements definition
