CRM Consultant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time CRM Consultant will implement enterprise-class CRM solutions using Creatio, conduct client business process analyses, and manage project execution to ensure successful user adoption and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of client business processes and define functional requirements, mapping them to Creatio's capabilities
• Lead project execution from start to finish, managing scope, plan, and budget effectively
• Configure core system elements and lead user acceptance testing cycles while conducting end-user training sessions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience implementing CRM solutions, with at least 2 years in a client-facing role
• Demonstrable experience with enterprise-class CRM solutions, preferably Creatio or similar platforms
• Experience in consulting or professional services organizations is required
• Strong understanding of project scope management and experience leading projects using waterfall or agile methodologies
