Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time CRM Consultant (Creatio) will manage client implementations of enterprise-class CRM solutions, focusing on analyzing business processes, defining functional requirements, and ensuring successful project execution to achieve user adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analysis of client business processes and map requirements to Creatio's capabilities
  • Lead project execution from start to finish, managing scope, plan, and budget effectively
  • Configure system elements using native application tools and lead user acceptance testing and training sessions
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience implementing CRM solutions, with 2+ years in a client-facing role
  • Demonstrable experience with enterprise-class CRM solutions, preferably Creatio or similar platforms
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services organization is required
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and requirements definition techniques
