CRM Consultant Independent Contractor

Job Summary

Working remotely as an independent contractor, the CRM Associate will provide consulting services related to the Slate CRM, engaging with campus partners to enhance their admissions and enrollment processes while managing multiple projects and deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver CRM-related services, including consulting and system implementations, to assigned campus partners
• Engage virtually with partners using web-calling services, leading discussions and demonstrating concepts
• Manage sensitive student data while providing feedback on market trends and opportunities to enhance client value

Required qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in higher education admissions, with at least 3 years as a Slate Captain or CRM administrator
• Flexibility to accommodate scheduling remote calls and respond quickly to campus requests
• Proven ability to problem-solve technical issues and implement solutions effectively
• Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Capacity to develop strategies for CRM functionality and issue resolution
