Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing
• Strong content thinking with the ability to create conversion-driven messaging
• Experience in creating FOMO-based communication
• Ability to think strategically beyond following briefs
• Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus
