CRM Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Coordinator for a remote freelance position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end in-app banner workflow, including execution and reporting
• Own the end-to-end email & push workflow, including execution and reporting
• Log, track, and help resolve issues across CRM platforms, and assist in maintaining documentation and team assets

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of prior experience in CRM operations, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, or similar)
• Experience working with in-app messaging or banner tools (e.g., Redfast or similar platforms)
• Basic reporting or analytics experience
• Basic HTML experience
