Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the CRM Developer will build, test, and deploy customer relationship marketing campaigns across email and mobile channels, ensuring personalized customer experiences that drive engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy email campaigns using project briefs, creative assets, and customer targeting requirements within the enterprise email service provider platform
• Create and maintain responsive email templates using HTML and inline CSS to ensure compatibility across devices and browsers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute comprehensive quality assurance testing and troubleshoot technical issues before campaign deployment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2+ years of experience in email development, CRM, digital marketing, or a related field
• Experience developing responsive email campaigns within an enterprise email service provider platform
• Proficiency in HTML and inline CSS required
• Familiarity with mobile-responsive design principles and email best practices
