CRM Engineer

Job Summary

To transform marketing and sales operations through AI, the contracted remote CRM Engineer will design and implement AI-driven workflows, develop autonomous agents, and optimize customer engagement processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize AI-driven marketing and sales workflows within HubSpot CRM
• Develop autonomous AI agents to automate customer engagement and internal sales operations
• Analyze customer and marketing data to uncover insights that improve campaign performance and sales conversion

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence
• Expert-level experience with HubSpot CRM
• Strong background in CRM architecture and workflow automation
• Formal training or certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science
• Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems
