CRM Engineer

Job Summary

To support innovative marketing and sales operations, the contracted CRM Engineer will design and implement AI-driven workflows and autonomous agents remotely, enhancing customer engagement and lead management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and optimize AI-driven marketing and sales workflows within HubSpot CRM
• Develop autonomous AI agents to automate customer engagement and internal sales operations
• Analyze customer and marketing data to improve campaign performance and sales conversion

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence
• Expert-level experience with HubSpot CRM and CRM architecture
• Formal training or certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science
• Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems
• Strong data science and analytics experience, including SQL skills
