Job Summary
Driving revenue growth, the full-time CRM Expansion Sales Representative will manage an existing portfolio of small business clients remotely, introducing them to the CRM platform and additional digital marketing solutions while focusing on consultative selling and relationship building.
Key responsibilities
- Identify upsell opportunities within the existing client base and drive revenue through strategic research and consultative discovery conversations
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, delivering customized presentations and negotiating contracts to close deals
- Collaborate with Growth Advisors and maintain accurate CRM documentation to ensure seamless client transitions and team alignment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of direct CRM or SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in a hunter or expansion sales role
- Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting
- Demonstrated success in transitioning clients to new platforms or upselling within an existing account base
- Background in digital marketing or local SEO is a significant plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred or equivalent experience
