CRM Functional Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a CRM Techno Functional Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement large Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce projects and manage full life cycle implementations
- Collaborate with development teams to address business user needs and document business requirements
- Develop acceptance criteria for test cases and utilize SSRS reporting services for reporting tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- 3 years of experience in mentorship or leading roles
- 5 years of experience in project or client engagement roles
- 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM 2016/2015
- Strong familiarity with MS CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing modules
