Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM & Retention Manager (remote).

Key Responsibilities

Design and launch onboarding communication flows to reduce churn and build learning habits
Build trigger-based sequences for student motivation and engagement through various channels
Develop a scalable referral system to acquire new students through existing ones

Required Qualifications

Fluent level of English; knowledge of Spanish is a strong plus
Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing
Strategic thinking ability
Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus
