Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch onboarding communication flows to reduce churn and build learning habits
- Build trigger-based sequences for student motivation and engagement through various channels
- Develop a scalable referral system to acquire new students through existing ones
Required Qualifications
- Fluent level of English; knowledge of Spanish is a strong plus
- Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing
- Strategic thinking ability
- Experience with Customer.io is a strong plus
