A company is looking for a Manager, CRM Hardware DTC Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive CRM strategy to align with revenue targets and promotional calendars
- Launch lifecycle journeys to influence customer engagement and purchases across the hardware funnel
- Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with product positioning and customer journeys
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or growth roles with direct revenue accountability
- Proven track record of driving measurable ecommerce revenue growth through segmentation and automation
- Experience influencing commercial strategy beyond campaign execution
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau or Looker
- Experience with high AOV physical products ($1,000+ average order value preferred)
