Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, CRM Hardware DTC Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive CRM strategy to align with revenue targets and promotional calendars
  • Launch lifecycle journeys to influence customer engagement and purchases across the hardware funnel
  • Design and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, ensuring alignment with product positioning and customer journeys
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in CRM, lifecycle, or growth roles with direct revenue accountability
  • Proven track record of driving measurable ecommerce revenue growth through segmentation and automation
  • Experience influencing commercial strategy beyond campaign execution
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau or Looker
  • Experience with high AOV physical products ($1,000+ average order value preferred)
