CRM Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CRM Implementation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce, including configuration, user setup, custom workflows, and integrations
• Continuously assess CRM system performance and user feedback to implement improvements and provide training and support
• Design and maintain clean, scalable data models and establish best practices for data quality, integrity, and security

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of Salesforce experience with a focus on configuration and implementation
• Hands-on experience with programmatic data migration and familiarity with SQL and SOQL
• Experience establishing and maintaining third-party integrations within the Salesforce platform
• Project management experience preferred, ideally with mid-market accounts
